Initial Meeting & Booking Confirmation
An introductory visit or dog walk will be arranged at a mutually convenient location to ensure both the client and Rollin’ Hounds are comfortable proceeding with the booking. If either party decides not to go ahead, they must inform the other within 24 hours of the visit.

Client Information & Consent
Clients will be required to complete and sign the relevant forms to confirm the accuracy of information regarding their pet. In case the client is unreachable, their designated emergency contact may make decisions about the dog's care if necessary. If neither the client nor their emergency contact can be reached and veterinary treatment is needed, Rollin’ Hounds will follow the advice of a qualified veterinarian. The client agrees to cover any resulting veterinary expenses upon their return.

Bookings for day boarding and overnight stays will be confirmed 30 days prior to the start date and invoiced upon confirmation. Payments must be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Dogs will not be accepted into Rollin’ Hounds’ care without full payment prior to the booking start date.
Cancellation Policy
• 14+ days' notice: Full refund

Dog Safety Requirements
Owners must ensure their dog is microchipped, provide the microchip number, and supply a secure lead and collar. Rollin’ Hounds will ensure each dog wears a tag with their contact details.
Weather Conditions
Every effort will be made to maintain regular services during adverse weather. If care cannot be provided, the client will be informed promptly. Supervision Dogs will not be left alone. In emergencies, a trusted alternative carer will stay with the dogs. Beds, blankets and toys are provided by Rollin’ Hounds.
Aggression Policy
If a dog displays aggression beyond acceptable levels toward staff or others, Rollin’ Hounds will attempt to contact the client or their emergency contact to arrange alternative accommodation. If contact cannot be made, the dog may be temporarily placed in a local kennel until the client returns.
Vaccination Requirements
All boarding dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for canine parvovirus, distemper, infectious hepatitis (adenovirus), and leptospirosis. Vaccination records must include the date of the latest vaccine and its expiry date. Alternatively, a current Titre Test and Worm Count within the boarding period is accepted. Exercise & Enrichment Dogs will receive a minimum of two exercise sessions daily, depending on age, health, breed, and weather conditions. If exercise is not suitable, an alternative enrichment plan will be agreed upon.
Daily Updates
Clients will receive a daily report summarising their dog’s activities, walks, photos, and any health issues or incidents. Off-Lead Consent Written consent is required for dogs to be walked off-lead.
Diet & Medication
Rollin’ Hounds welcomes intact dogs based on compatibility with the resident dogs. RAW-fed dogs are accepted and catered for. Clients must inform us of any special diets or medication needs, which will be administered accordingly.
Liability
While Rollin’ Hounds is committed to providing high-standard care, it cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or death of a dog while in its care.
Early Collection
No refunds will be issued if a dog is collected before the agreed end date of their booking.
